With the help of hemoglobin, the body red blood cells transport oxygen which provides energy to every cell in the body. If hemoglobin is deficient or the red blood cells are few, enough oxygen will not reach the cells. This will make the body to become weak. 1. Dandelion, water-cress and stinging nettle and they are rich in iron, vitamins and minerals for building blood cells. Make one cup of tea 3 times daily.

2. Blessed thistle, milk thistle, juniper berries, black currant and raspberry leaves are very good in building up the blood. Take alone or in combination. Make herbal tea one cup 2 times daily.

3. Pigeon pea, soya beans powder and dried unripe plantain. Mix one 1-ml spoonful each with three spoonful of natural honey in a cup of warm water 2 times daily.
